Folk on the Rocks 2016

Yellowknife may not be known as a musical hot spot, but once a year the community welcomes some of the top talent from across Canada at its Folk on the Rocks festival.

This past summer, we experienced firsthand the festival’s singular vibe, spectacular setting and Northern hospitality. Here’s a look back at the weekend that was with performers Joel Plaskett, Tasman Jude, Jim Bryson, Iskwé, Lauren Mann, Diyet, Twin Flames, The Midnight Sons Band and A Tribe Called Red’s Tim 2oolman Hill.
